RDA Announces the Launch of 3G/4G Power Amplifiers RPM636X and RPM6569 Series New ProductsAs a leading supplier of RF and mixed-signal chips in China, RDA Microelectronics (hereinafter referred to as "RDA") has launched 6 new 3G/4G power amplifier series, namely RPM6361, RPM6362, RPM6363, RPM6365, RPM6368 and RPM6569. The six new products launched this time all use high linear GaAs HBT technology, support single-band and six-band operations, respectively, and provide priority application experience for mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets. RPM636X and RPM6569 series products adopt the mainstream package size on the market, and fully consider the compatibility of customers' 3*3mm2 and 3*4.2mm2 PCBs to improve the flexibility of terminal applications. Among them, RPM6361, RPM6362, RPM6365, and RPM6368 respectively support LTE B1, LTE B2, LTE B5 and LTE B8 frequency bands; RPM6363 supports LTE B3/B4 frequency bands; RPM6569 has the industry’s best broadband characteristics and can support LTE B1/B2/B3/ B4/B5/B8 six frequency bands. This series of products are compatible with WCDMA/TD-SCDMA/CDMA standards. The performance of RPM636X and RPM6569 series products is extraordinary, reaching the world's excellent level. As measured by the linear PA industry test standard FOM (Figure of Merit), the FOM values of the six products launched this time all exceed 90. As the first products under the RDA "Easy-Matching TM" brand, RPM636X and RPM6569 series products can greatly reduce the difficulty of RF front-end debugging, speed up customer product development, and improve the system performance of terminal products. “The RF front-end is an important part of the strategic layout of RDA products. The RPM636X and RPM6569 series products reflect our strong strength in the field of RF technology,” said Lidong Zhao, President of RDA Microelectronics. “RDA will continue to increase based on existing advantages. The investment in the RF front-end field, the establishment of an international product development team, and the continuous realization of technological innovation and the development of internationally competitive products based on customer needs have become the guiding standard of the RF front-end market." |
